The next phase of growth in your practice will come when you will challenge the comfort zone in which you are in. If you are doing full mouth implants and are comfortable with delayed loading, start doing immediate loading. If you are giving your prosthesis to an outside lab to manufacture start thinking about buying a 3d Printer and a milling machine.
Point is simple, the comfort zone is common, it has many other professionals venturing in it. Many are doing delayed loading, but only a few are into immediate loads. Many give it to outside labs, inhouse manufacturing is different and unheard of.
Yes, every new skill set comes with it's own learning curve, it will have pitfalls and failures. But once you master these, boy, oh! boy. You will stand out like 10 floors higher than your own old self, and not only will it bring in a lot of moolah, but the kind of professional satisfaction that you will derive out of this will be unmatched!
