Distracted.

It's ok to be distracted.
It's ok to lose your focus at times.
It's ok to commit mistakes.
Your attention is divided, and your time is demanded from multiple corners. You are a human, not a machine. Because of these roadblocks, the rate of growth will slow down.
To think that you are the only one who is facing this is foolishness. We all are facing the same things and the same distractions. However, what separates people who seem to be one up in life from where you are is awareness. This particular group of successful people is aware that they have lost their way and they make active efforts to get back on track.
So let's say your goal was to get a six-pack this year because a vacation in Phuket has been planned. You were doing amazing for two months and then you fell ill, there was a break of 4-5 days and then you never went to the gym again.
This also happened to the guy with the six-packs but all he did was go back to the gym and restart.
All that is required is a restart. Do not let roadblocks distract you. The taste of achieving a goal is much better when there have been obstructions in the path.
