Maturity is knowing what to speak and when to speak.

Maturity is knowing what NOT to speak and when NOT to speak.

Maturity is in not raising your voice when expressing your displeasure.

Maturity is holding back your reaction and expressing it when you know how to choose the right words.


All this is easier said than done. But becomes easy when practised regularly.

As leaders and owners of dental businesses, it becomes important to practice the art of patience before you open your mouth to express anything. It is vital to the image you want to project and live with.
