If there is one quality that I admire in people - it is their ability to be on time. These are no nonsense humans who are very particular about everything in life.

If you have a patient who is always punctual then make sure you respect her time. Because if you do not, she will eventually become frustrated and will shift to a new clinic which values this rare and precious quality of hers.

These patients are also the ones who want predictable outcomes with their treatment and would appreciate if everything is crystal clear to them from day one.

The punctual people can be a pain in the ass, but if treated to satisfaction they can be the biggest source of new patients. At no cost..all you need is to respect their time!
